So I decided to start a little blog for myself. This is new for me as I just learned what a blog was. I joined crossfit about a month and a half ago. Before that I was spending 2 hours or more a day at the gym and getting extremely bored. I also wasn't seeing any results and was getting very frusterated. Sherrie found crossfit online so we decided to give the bootcamp a try. The first few classes seemed pretty easy butI found they got more challenging every time I came back. By the end of bootcamp I wasn't sure if I was ready for crossfit, I was scared but thought I would give it a try anyways. I have to say that I am already hooked.
I have never been into sports or challenging myself physically. I didn't even know how. Slowly but surely, day by day I am learning...Some days are better than others. I am also learning that it's not all what you are physically capable of, but alot of crossfit is a mind game. It's very interesting the power your mind has over your body. I have heard that from so many of the crossfitters and I am starting to see it first hand. I know I have a long way to go... lots of patience, sweat and swearing but I am up for the challenge and looking forward to seeing some more progress!
