I missed Saturdays class and was feeling like doing something so I went to LSS track and did a random little WOD that I made up.

10 Rounds for time:
2 - Skin the cat/ 6 k2e
6 - Archer ring pushups
20 - double unders

Good workout today but my body is still very sore from yesterday. I tried the skin the cat before we started and could do it but during the workout I couldn't get them so I subbed for k2e's. Those archer ring pushups were hard, did them from my knees but I could feel them working and will feel them tomorrow I'm sure. Double unders are getting better, still one skip between though.
I am looking forward to a day off tomorrow!!

This was a fun one! I did 75lbs for my squats. The first 5 of every round were ok but the last 5 were a bit more of a challenge. I did them all though so thats what matters! Bench press I used 20lbs. I originally went for the 15lbs and then changed my mind. I always seem to underestimate myself! I should've pushed myself and did
25's.
So I took a break from posting for a while as I have been sick for the past month and have had no energy. I have still been going to crossfit but my head has been somewhere else so I haven't been giving 100%. I also haven't been feeling as confident in myself which is making some of my workouts really difficult to get through. Anyways I am finally starting to feel better so I will get my but back on the computer posting as I know many of you need reading material for your work day:) hehe

Wednesday, August 13th

So going into this I really didn't think it was going to be all that bad...ya right! This one felt like torture, especially being on the rower. 320 meter row doesn't seem like that much but every time I was on there I felt like I was going to puke. Then from there bench press as many reps as you can. Oh my god! I did 50 lbs and managed to get out 19 the first round which I was pretty happy with. After that I can't remember but by the last one I'm pretty sure I only did 9. I had Coach spotting me for one of the rounds and I managed to get a few extras reps in there because of his help.
