10 -Stiff leg deadlifts off a 10" box 135/95
8 - single arm bench press 75/40lb
3 Rounds
20 Deadlifts 185/125
7 weighted pullups 45/25lb
Modifications

The single arm bench presses were hard for me. I have never done them before and I know my technique was not correct. 15lbs was too easy for me as I could do at least 8on each arm but I could barely get 20lbs up..what's with that??
This workout was weird. I don't understand how I can deadlift 100lbs but barely do a 20lb bench press...my arms need alot of work!!!! So annoying!

You are doing great Jen!! Imagine doing 60 deadlifts at 100 lbs. I bet you never thought you could do that a few months ago. The bench press will come, all of a sudden you will get the feel for it:) I love your blog site and will keep checking it out. I have one too but I haven't updated it all week. Next week I will start for sure:)
