5 -Power cleans 50lb
7 - Burpees
200m run
Looks like this : 1st round partner #1 does P.cleans Partner #2 does burpees Partner #1 200m run.
2nd rd:Partner #2 does P.cleans Partner #1 Burpees Parnter #2 200m run. So by the end each person will have done 50 power cleans, 70 Burpees and run 2km.


This was such a good wod. I love doing the partner workouts as they really help keep you motivated. Ruth was my partner and she did a great job! I don't think there was an easy element to this workout... I felt like my technique was decent for once on my power cleans. The hardest part for me were the burpees and by the end I could just barely get out the seven!
