Neither one of these exercises are my favorite. I was really trying to practice getting the technique right today. I need to keep practicing keeping the bar closer to my body and getting those elbows up on those squat cleans...Thanks Chad for all the pointers, you are going to make an awesome crossfit coach!

After crossfit Jesse, Sherrie and I went to LSS for a run. It was great to be outside tonight, it's starting to feel like summer!
