Just when you think "Oh this one won't be too bad today..." hahaha
This was a good workout. I used 15lbs for the split snatch but I'm sure I could've done 20lbs..I know for next time.
It felt like my face was on fire the entire workout and especially when I was doing the ab wheel. I stayed bright red for about an hour after I got home. I always look so PRETTY after crossfit! hahahaha ;)
