Wow what should I say about this workout...It was a good one and kept my heart pumpin thanks to the rower! I liked the DB swings and the deck squats which I had never done. Before I started crossfit I would always do "girl pushups". I am now doing real pushups and they are coming along. I felt good during the workout but the last 500m row was pretty hard to get through!

I had some trouble with the DU skips. I just can't seem to keep the skipping rhythm and trip over my feet. I went out and bought a skipping rope to practice this in the safety of my garage, where I won't put someone's eye out.
ha that's a good idea. I have trouble with them too so you aren't the only one!
