I started this workout with the rower and then onto front squats. I actually don't mind them. I like most exercises with my legs as I find I am better at them. Then onto box steps. You think 2 minutes isn't long but when you are trying to keep a good pace going 2 minutes feels like forever. Leanna was standing there timing me and was encouraging me to keep on goin, so I was trying:)
And then cleans. Ohhh more cleans..I hate these things and I always have trouble with them. I would do about 3 and then drop the bar. Then do another 3 and drop the bar again. It gets extremely discouraging when I know what I am doing wrong yet continue to keep doing it. I managed to get through them eventually. I know I will get them, I just need to stop thinking so much!
