Tuesday, July 15th

7 rounds of
12 bench dips
1 rope climb or 2 modified rope climb
12 back squats


I wasn't feeling this workout today. There weren't enough stations so I had to use dumbells for the squats which I didn't like at all. I only did 40lbs but I know I could've done alot better with the bar. I actually found the dumbells to be harder and trying to get them both up to my shoulders was kind of awkward after a while. During the workout I did the modified version of the rope climb and then decided after class give the rope a try. I surprised myself and climbed to the top on the first try which felt great!
