6 - jumping pullups
4 - K2E
6 - Elevated pushups from a 10" box
8 - DU's
10 - Walking lunges
I did the ten o'clock class because I took the day off work. It's nice getting the WOD out of the way in the morning and you then you don't have to think about it for the rest of the day. Bad part is that it's not posted that early so you don't have time to mentally prepare! I ended up with 10 rounds plus pullups, K2E and pushups. My DU's are improving and I can now do them with a skip between each one. The elevated pushups were HARD.. I was happy when this one was over!
