No crossfit today but needed to get off my but and do something so we went to LSS and did a little workout.
400 metre run
50 air squats
400 metre run
50 pushups
400 metre run
50 situps
400 metre run
LSS bleachers up and down each set twice
This workout felt good. The 50 pushups were hard and I had to stop a few times. The bleachers were also tough, legs were burning!
