I need to start writing my numbers down because I always seem to forget because I am about a week behind in updating this thing.
The bench press was not fun! It was the first time I had done this exercise and I am glad Mia was there spotting me because I probably would've ended up with the bar on my chest! I felt so weak doing 40lb but it was a struggle. The run was actually a nice break in between. Back squats were good. I am actually starting to like doing them. (I never thought I would say that)! Having the box step ups in between sets kept my heart pounding the whole time. Felt great!
