I missed Saturdays class and was feeling like doing something so I went to LSS track and did a random little WOD that I made up.
400 Meter run
50 Sit ups
400 Meter run
30 pushups
400 Meter run
50 Air Squats
200 Meter run
5 Sets of Stairs
50 Sit Ups
3 Sets of Stairs
15 pushups
