The weighted situps felt impossible so I put the dumbell on my chest...I won't be doing that next time though. I hated the pullups and the K2E's and ended up breaking them up. I waited till the very end to do the rower which I shouldn't have done because I had no energy left. OHS with the stick were no problem compared to the rest of this workout. I came back to the box at 7:30 and did martial arts for the first time and really liked it. It was so much fun working with Leanna and Hollie and learning some of the kicks and punches. Looking forward to going back on Wednesday!
