Saturday, July 26th



20 Rounds of clean & jerk you go as many reps in 1 minute and then you rest 1 min while your partner pumps out as many reps as possible.

800 single skips (400 each)
100 burpees (50)


This Saturday morning class was packed with 20 crossfitters! It was pretty awesome having so many people at the box at the same time. Lots of great energy and motivation!

I used 20lb dumbells for the clean and jerk. The one minute on felt like it was never going to end but the minute rest went way too quick. Skips were fairly easy as we did 800 singles instead of 200 DU's. Burpees were hard and tiring. I was trying to get as close to the ground as I could and it sure made a difference compared to how I was doing them before. I want to start working on them as I have been hearing something about a burpee challange??
