As many rounds in 10 minutes:
10 - walking lunges with a sandbag shouldered 77lb men 47lb woman
make sure to shoulder alternate sides
2 - Mu's or 6 pullups /6 ring dips
10 - situps
Note if you cannot to a ring dip then use stationary rack or if this is to much use a bench with feet elevated on a box.
I really liked this one. The front squats felt really good and I was pretty happy getting up to a whole 83lbs! haha. Only having two to get through at a time works well for me, after I do one, just tell myself ok one more to go!!
The sandbags were awesome. I was pretty pumped because the last time I worked with the sandbag we had to get them from the ground to our shoulder twice and I couldn't do it. I could get the bag to my chest and then I would drop it. Now I can get that damn thing over my shoulder and do lunges! I never would've thought I would be doing that...and enjoying it??
